What a fantastic night at the club as we crowned our new MCC Club Champions.
In the Women’s Singles, Sam Robinson came out firing from the very first end. Her opening bowl pressure set the tone early and she never let up, controlling the match to claim the title with a 25–6 win over Eve Van Rhine. Congratulations to both Sam and Eve on outstanding seasons and a great championship battle.
The Men’s Singles was a completely different story, a tight arm wrestle from start to finish. It was back and forth all night in a brilliant contest, but in the end Max Goldsmith managed to edge ahead and cross the line 25–18 against Brett Leighton. A huge congratulations to both players for a fantastic game and another strong season.
