Kieser Camberwell is opening the doors for their National Open Day!
If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about strength training, injury prevention, or improving your health and mobility, this is the perfect chance to step inside and see how it all works.

What’s happening on the day:• Clinic tours with their university-qualified team• Trials on Swiss-engineered strength machines• Body composition and blood pressure testing• Sausage sizzle and prizes• Free presentations throughout the day
Presentation schedule:10am – Back pain: building strength, confidence and mobility11am – Strength training: building health and longevity12pm – Osteoporosis and bone health: protecting strength and independence
Plus, everyone who attends can enter the draw to win a 12-week membership.
